You will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This program has suggestions to help you plan your meals and take the guesswork out of meal prep during the entire program. There will be no calorie counting or deprivation in this program. Dieting is not involved.
You will enjoy fresh whole foods and avoid processed and packaged foods.
Exercise can help the body eliminate toxins, help your body maintain healthy stamina and energy, and help to balance your blood sugar. Please note to consult with your doctor regarding any concerns about your health.

A successful detox depends on one part of what you eat and drink to reduce the workload of your digestive system. You will be drinking soups, smoothies, and juices, breakfast, lunch, dinner, healthy snacks, and desserts. You will re-learn how to handle stress and put yourself first.
